Ok, not only is it Veteran's Day, but it's also National Sundae Day! Few things can soothe the soul like a delicious scoop of creamy old fashioned ice cream covered in a cool and fruity or warm and gooey topping... add a dollop or whipped cream, a marschino cherry and some chopped nuts and it's almost easy for all of your troubles to be just washed away. Almost easy... unless you're worrying about that extra couple of hours of gym time to work off the extra calories!
