With nature as her muse, and the wonders of His creations as her inspiration, twenty-nine year old Rachel weaves a brilliant web of photographic delights, which she hopes to share with the world in her shop on Etsy, RaeOLight. When she's not busy being a photographer, Rachel works for a local Christian Youth Ministry full time and even manages to sate her other creative desires through a second job at a local Hobby Lobby - what a busy young woman!

Joplin, MO is home to this young artist with a camera, and as you can see from the photographs showcased here, Rachel has found some rustic, unique, and decidedly beautiful subjects for her work. Wandering the byways and backroads with her trusty canine companion, her basset hound Ralphie, and armed with a 35mm camera, she captures the charm and appeal of Midwestern Americana.
