Delightful Discoveries - Le Chocolat Numéro Trois 11.01.10

Oooo-la-la... like Chanel No 5, Chocolate #3 is much more alluring and mysterious than cocoa brown or even cinnamon. Why the #3? For ease of identifying a particular color when coders are designing websites! Simple reason with kind of a fun impact, wouldn't you say?

Well, let's get on with it and explore the phases and places of this fun and yummy sounding brown that's probably closer to a cinnamon brown or a natural cocoa brown that any other color. Warm, delightful, and a great descriptor to boot - I think I love chococlate #3!

Tomorrow I'll be back with a theme in honor of my husband's family back East who will be celebrating Hanukkah in a few weeks - I'll be showing some lovely pieces of Judaica! I'm not limiting it to Hanukkah themed items though, but rather a look at look at the beliefs, traditions, homeland and beauty of the Judaism.

This weekend just flew by for me - I almost hope the weeks slows down just a little bit so I can get more accomplished... how about you? What do you have planned for this lovely week?

I'm thrilled to be included in this collection!

I love going through recipes that are sometimes centuries old and making traditional candy. And why not improve it for modern tastes by making it vegan and organic? This time of year, guests always get treated to a wonderful spread of handmade goodies...

Thanks so much for including my organic fudge!
