Water Bearer - A Color of the Day Feature

Aquifer is the name given to the color I'm spotlighting today. The term refers to a layer of rock, sand, gravel and sediment that holds a supply of ground water. When I look at it, I envision the color of a tidal pool on a slightly overcast day... not quite green, not quite blue, rather undertones of both colors with a dusky greyish hue. Sedate and serene, but with an energy that is just waiting to be unleashed - like a breeze rippling across the surface of the water... immerse yourself in the gentle abundance and cool fluid beauty...
