I'd like to introduce you all to Nay (Naomi) from MoonAngelNay and BabaMoon on Etsy. Nay lives in Birmingham, the second most populous city in England, in the UK. A full time mom, she still manages to find time to express her creativity through poetry, and a variety of digital art products inspired by that poetry. She offers these for sale along with greeting cards, calendars, digital collage sheets and unique art based jewellery pendants in MoonAngelNay. In addition to her digital art creations, she is also a fine artist and loves to dabble in knitting and crocheting, which has led her to opening her second shop, BabaMoon. Through her new shop, she combines her obsession with yarn and her penchant for photography to offer adorable photo props like baby pods, as well as adorable baby hats and clothes for newborns and children.
Nay offers her artwork in a variety of sizes from 5 x 7s all the way up to a dramatic 28x42 sofa size print - this is just one stunning example of her stunning digital artwork - Sky High. One of the things I like about her shop is that she offers any of her prints as wall art or jewellery pendants and even offers collage sheets of her work for other artisans to incorporate into their work.
Here's an example of one of her prints incorporated into a Scrabble Tile Pendant - Survivor. (I LOVE the purple!)
BabaMoon offers original designs that are just too cute - as are her models! Whether you're looking for photo props for your own photography projects or those must-have baby pictures of the latest addition to your family, or you simply have a little one that you love to dress up, I think you'll agree that Nay has some wonderful items.
I absolutely adore this Soft Rainbow Crochet Flopsy Bunny Hat - is this not the most adorable infant hat you've ever seen?!?
While newborn cocoons make adorable photo props, they make wonderful swaddlers too! Some babies just sleep more peacefully when they're swaddled, and a soft and warm Green Pea Pod Cocoon like this one would be the perfect answer to your baby's swaddling needs.
Naomi isn't busy enough just being a mom and running two shops... she also finds time to blog and participate on Facebook and Twitter. She's also a wonderful and supportive teammate - you can always count on her for a word of support and encouragement.
Be sure to check out her shops and her blog - Moonangelnay Handmade and Decor Art Blog, and be sure to follow her on Facebook under moonangelnay on Etsy and moonangelnay on Twitter. You'll be glad you did!
'Til next time, have a great day :)
